EULA - End User License Agreement

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use OverRider software ("Software") subject
to the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. PERMITTED USE
- Single user license for personal or business use
- Generate web traffic for legitimate testing and analytics purposes

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or modify copyright notices or license information
- Use the Software for illegal activities or spam generation
- Bypass or disable the license activation system

4. LICENSE ACTIVATION
- Valid license key required for extended functionality
- Internet connection required for initial activation

5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
- Technical support provided via email: support@overrider.io
- Updates may be provided at our discretion
- No obligation to provide indefinite support or updates

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEOBRAINLAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this
license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any
of its terms.
